Inside, a system of 12 3D massage balls (6 per side) mimics natural hand movements: pressing, rubbing, and kneading . This provides a pleasant, deeper massage to relax after a busy day. For extra comfort, you can activate the warm compress function for a pleasant warming sensation.

Operation is simple: with a single panel, you can start/stop the massage, change the rotation direction , choose one of three intensity settings , and turn the heat on or off. Usage

1. Connect the adapter to the device and to the wall socket.

2. Place your feet in the openings (or position yourself comfortably for calf massage).

3. Press Start/Stop to begin.

4. Select intensity, direction of rotation and switch on heat if necessary.

5. After 15 minutes the device switches off automatically.
